Diary of a Fangirl: Ghost Busters 3

So, being an 80's kid, of course I watched and loved "The Ghostbusters."

I was excited to hear about how they were going to make a new one with the original cast, which, isn't a reboot, but a continuation of a trilogy that didn't happen when the first two came out.

And then, there was word that yes, finally Bill Murray had gotten with the program and was on board to bring Ghostbusters to a close.

Real, or a clever photo shop?
...And now, perhaps not so much?  Dany Akroyd seems to think so.  They have a new screenwriter, and haven't heard from Bill, so they are moving on without him.  Now, to me, that doesn't necessarily leave him out, and hey, that isn't even him saying that he won't do it.  Maybe he's just waiting on that script?

One of the last thing Murray has said about the impending third installment was this: "You just have to habe a really good script, you know.  It's hard.  I think, you know, we'll try again."  So yeah, I'm betting he's just waiting to see if this new script will hold up to the previous two...
